Once those documents have been filled out booking can then be made, this is when prices and dates are finalized.
Ideally all bookings should be made at least one week before your requested start date, if not we may not offer you a place.
Bank Holidays have a 25% added on charge to every required cost on the total bill. You will be notified on this at time of booking.
It is reminded that places are limited and that there might not always be an available space.

An on-arrival disclaimer must be filled in when you drop off the pet.
